Our goal is to see you satisfied.  Bluff Creek Nursery strives to grow the healthiest plants available, but there is the possibility that a plant might arrive damaged in shipment.  If your plant dies during the first year, Bluff Creek Nursery will replace the plant once for half price plus shipping.


Although we cannot guarantee plant loss or damage caused by severe weather, animals, neglect or because of adverse conditions, including planting in the wrong hardiness zone, we will be happy to replace plants that are unhealthy at arrival.


If a plant arrives in a damaged box or damaged from delivery, that box must be inspected by UPS prior to return.
